Everyone knows the French make some of the best cheese and wine in the entire world. It's the stuff of legend. But what about the good old USA? Our cheese and wine cultures are as good as any on the planet, and it's time to prove it. Spend an evening with educator and author (and bald eagle aficionado) Adam Centamore engaged in the tastiest combat imaginable.

You'll sample four different pairs of cheese from France and the United States, matched up in ways that put them in direct competition with each other. Your job is to taste them and vote for your favorites. The catch? It's all done without knowing which cheese comes from which country.

Of course, it wouldn't be a fair battle without including four different wines and condiments from the same countries to make sure everyone knows how good it all can be.
